Pain au chocolat with pure butter flaky pastry, and a soft and yellow centre. A recipe where the splash of milk and cream adds intense flavours in the mouth.

How to Prepare Bridor Mini Pain au Chocolate 28 G
  1. Arrange 24 pieces on a tray. 
  2. Defrost approximately 30-45 min at room temperature.
  3. Bake for approximately 13-14 min at 165-170°C, open damper.
  4. Leave it for 15 min at room temperature.
