Description
Pain au chocolat with pure butter flaky pastry, and a soft and yellow centre. A recipe where the splash of milk and cream adds intense flavours in the mouth.
How to Prepare Bridor Mini Pain au Chocolate 28 G
- Arrange 24 pieces on a tray.
- Defrost approximately 30-45 min at room temperature.
- Bake for approximately 13-14 min at 165-170°C, open damper.
- Leave it for 15 min at room temperature.
