Description
‘Les vergers Boiron’ banana puree is made with fruit of the Cavendish variety that comes from Ecuador. ‘Les vergers Boiron’ selects this origin on account of the fruit’s higher sugar level. The banana is a climacteric fruit. Perfect management of the ripening process (temperature, humidity, number of days, ventilation) makes it possible to obtain fruit that is optimally ripe for being transformed into purees and for developing all its aromas.
The perfect maturity of the selected fruit gives the puree a naturally sweet taste and aromatic notes of mocha coffee. Due to the presence of starch, the texture of this puree may seem sticky and floury.
