‘Les vergers Boiron’ favours using French varieties such as the Noir de Bourgogne and the Andega. Blackcurrants are a fruit that is highly sensitive to weather conditions. For this reason, LVB have set up long-term partnerships with producers for securing the durability of the sector.
A strong flavour on account of its thick texture and its aromatic complexity that contains both floral and tannic aromas.
