Les vergers Boiron’ has carefully selected different varieties of peach from the Rhone Valley, which meet precise organoleptic requirements. For securing the volumes we require and guaranteeing the fruit’s quality, ‘Les vergers Boiron’ has set up partnerships with cooperatives for planting peach orchards.
The fruit is immediately transformed after its arrival at the plant to keep all of the aromatic richness (fruit notes and floral aromas) found in ripe fruit.
