Description
The raspberries for making ‘Les vergers Boiron’ puree are grown in Serbia, in open fields on hillsides at an altitude of between 600 and 1000 meters. They are handpicked using traditional methods. Our blend is comprised of the Mecker and Willamette summer varieties.
Raspberry puree from ‘Les vergers Boiron’ leaves a slightly acidic taste on the palate thanks to the balance between the sugar naturally present in the Mecker variety and the acidity of the Willamette.
