Description
‘Les vergers Boiron’ strawberry puree is mainly made of strawberries grown in Poland, including the Senga variety, specifically developed to meet the organoleptic expectations of manufacturers. These strawberries are grown in open fields on sandy soil on small family farms.
Strawberries are a very fragile fruit. To avoid deteriorating their quality and remain as close as possible to the freshfruit, LVB use a finely tuned process for preventing any “cooked” flavours from developing.
